Today was the official announcement for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which was unveiled at Samsung’s second Unpacked event of the year earlier this morning. If you missed the announcement, you can check the specs out for the phone here. Now that the device is official Samsung has also revealed the availability of the device, and carriers all over the globe are beginning to announce their own specific pricing and availability details. When it comes to availability and pricing in the U.S., most people who pick up the Galaxy Note 7 will be doing so from their respective carriers, with pre-orders starting tomorrow at T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T, while the phone will go on sale later this month on August 19th. If you’re looking to pre-order, here’s how you can do that at each of the four major U.S. Carriers tomorrow.
Kicking things off with T-Mobile, all subscribers have to do is go to T-Mobile’s official website and sign up for the pre-registration, and when pre-orders for the phone open up at noon tomorrow, they can place their pre-order and choose either a Samsung Gear Fit2 or a free microSD card to go along with the phone that has 256GB of storage size. The phone will cost $850 outright, or it can be paid for with $70 down and $32.50 a month for 24 months for qualifying customers.
As for Sprint, pre-orders will also start tomorrow and will be available at their main website but the company has not yet listed any pricing details. Just like with T-Mobile, Sprint customers who pre-order will also get their choice of a free Gear Fit2 or a free 256GB microSD card. Verizon customers are also left in the dark when it comes to pricing as Verizon has not yet announced the cost of the Galaxy Note 7 on their plans, but pre-orders will begin tomorrow at 12 AM EST, with options for the Gear Fit2 or the microSD card for free. Lastly there’s AT&T, who is offering the Galaxy Note 7 for $29.34 per month for 30 months, or for $36.67 per month for 24 months. AT&T doesn’t appear to be offering the Gear Fit2 or microSD card for free, but they are giving away a free Gear S2 to customers who buy the Galaxy Note 7 with a two-year agreement, and they also have a couple of other promotions going, including a Galaxy Tab E for $0.99, and an option to get $695 in AT&T Next credits to put towards a second Galaxy Note 7. T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon have all been confirmed to be carrying the Black Onyx, Blue Coral, and Silver Titanium colors, while Sprint has not yet mentioned the colors they’ll have in stock.
