Leak: Images Of LeEco Le Pro 3 Surface Ahead Of Launch

Chinese smartphone manufacturer, LeEco, has been aggressively promoting its upcoming flagship device lately. The LeEco Le Pro 2 flagship was launched back in April this year and now the company is bringing another flagship in less than a six-month period called the LeEco Le Pro 3. Details regarding specifications and a release date of this upcoming device have been rumored in a previous series of leaks, with the only thing missing being a real image of the upcoming flagship device. While the leaks can’t be confirmed to actually be of the LeEco Le Pro 3, they do suggest that this is what the phone’s final design will be.

Two images of this upcoming flagship have surfaced on the Chinese micro-blogging network, Weibo, just recently as a Chinese actor has posted images of the LeEco Le Pro 3 device on his account. In the first image, the LeEco Le Pro 3 is lying on a table with the back of the device facing upward, revealing its single sensor camera, a fingerprint scanner, and Le Eco branding on the bottom. The second image shows the actor holding the LeEco LePro 3 device in his hands. LeEco is said to have later confirmed the validity of these images in question by reblogging the images on its official account and also points to a September 21st launch event. For a recap, the LeEco Le Pro 3 will launch in two variants, the base model – the one in the leaked image, will have a 5.5-inch Full HD screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1080, a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP camera on the front for taking selfies. It will pack a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and a 4,070 mAh capacity battery to keep the show running.

The premium model will feature a 5.7-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 × 1440, unlike the base model, it will feature a dual camera setup with two 13MP sensors sitting on the back, while the front-facing camera will be a 16MP sensor. The premium model will also pack more RAM and internal storage: 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, while the battery will be a 5,000 mAh cell to meet the demand of bigger screen size and higher resolution. Both devices will be fueled by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chip.
