Meizu PRO 6s Pops Up On AnTuTu With Helio X25 & 4GB Of RAM

The Meizu PRO 6 is the most powerful device Meizu had introduced thus far, and of course, their flagship for 2016. Now, the Meizu PRO 6s’ launch is right around the corner, the company’s VP already shared the back side of this phone, and by doing that he more or less confirmed that the phone will resemble the Meizu PRO 6. This handset won’t be the phone with a curved display that consumers have been craving for, nor will it be fueled by the Exynos 8890, but it seems like we’re looking at a high-end handset here, read on.

We were unsure what SoC will Meizu opt for here, we knew that it will be one of MediaTek’s chips, but we had no idea which one. Well, thanks to AnTuTu’s listing, we now have far more info when it comes to Meizu PRO 6s’ specifications. If the source is to be believed, the Meizu PRO 6s will sport a fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, just like the Meizu PRO 6. The device will also be fueled by the same chip Meizu used in the PRO 6, the Helio X25 64-bit deca-core processor, one of MediaTek’s processors. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will come pre-installed on the Meizu PRO 6s, and on top of it, you’ll be able to find the company’s Flyme UI. The 21-megapixel snapper will be placed on the back of the Meizu PRO 6s, and a 5-megapixel shooter will be included up front.

So, some of you are probably wondering what’s new here, as these are basically Meizu PRO 6’s specifications. We don’t get to see a full spec list here, of course, but everything listed here seems to be identical to what the Meizu PRO 6 is sporting. All in all, it seems like the Meizu PRO 6s will be a slightly more powerful variant of the Meizu PRO 6, though we’re still not sure how large will its display be, nor what camera sensor models is Meizu planning to include here. In any case, this smartphone is expected to land on November 3rd, so stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted.
