ASUS will announce the ZenFone 3s Max in India on February 7th, and the device will be available through both online and offline channels. This is the company’s mid-range smartphone, though it has a couple of tricks up its sleeves. Its battery pack is definitely one of the phone’s main selling points, as the ZenFone 3s Max comes with a 5,000mAh battery on the inside, which should be more than enough to satisfy even the most hardcore smartphone users.
The ASUS ZenFone 3s Max is made out of metal, and it comes with a home button below the display. The phone’s power / lock and volume rocker buttons are located on the right, and the fingerprint scanner is placed inside of its home button. This smartphone sports a 5.2-inch 720p (1280 x 720) IPS LCD display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable native storage, while it is fueled by MediaTek’s MT6750 64-bit octa-core processor. A 13-megapixel camera is located on the back of the ZenFone 3s Max, and an 8-megapixel snapper is placed on the device’s front side. Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the ZenFone 3s Max, and on top of it, you’ll get ASUS ZenUI 3.0 skin. The ZenFone 3s Max will come with two SIM card slots, 1 micro SIM and 1 nano SIM slot. The device comes in Black and Gold color variants, though we’re still not sure whether both of those models will be available in India or not, nor how much will this smartphone cost once ASUS introduces it.
The main selling point of this smartphone is its battery, of course, as it has a really beefy battery on the inside, and in combination with MediaTek’s MT6750 SoC which is not exactly power hungry, this smartphone will probably be a true road warrior. The device will be available both through online and offline channels, but it is still unknown where exactly will you be able to purchase this smartphone from, or how much will it cost once it launches. ASUS will certainly release more info on February 7th once they announce their newest mid-ranger in India, so stay tuned for additional info, we’ll report back as soon as the company shares more information.
