Leak: This Nubia Smartphone Is Missing A Rear-Facing Camera

A new Nubia-branded smartphone has just surfaced, and believe it or not, it does not have a rear-facing camera, at least it seems like it. If you take a look at the provided image, you’ll be able to see a back side of the aforementioned device, and as you can see, the phone has an LED flash on the back, and two small sensors next to it. Now, these two sensors look like sensors that are usually placed on the front side of a smartphone, is it possible that these are camera shooters, though? They do seem to be way too small for that, don’t they?

Now, you will also notice that a fingerprint scanner is also placed on the back of this Nubia smartphone, and the company’s branding is located right below it. All the sensors on the back of the device are placed on one of the antenna bands, which is also quite interesting. This device seems to be made out of metal, and the source did not share any of its spec info. So, what’s the deal here? How come this phone has a rear-facing LED flash, and seemingly no camera sensors? Well, the two sensors on the back are either the phone’s camera sensors, by some miracle, or the device has a front-facing camera which flips to become a rear-facing shooter, or perhaps this phone might ship with a pop-out camera, who knows, we’ll just have to wait and see whether this render is accurate, and what’s the deal with its camera sensor(s).

This Nubia smartphone comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack which is easily visible, it’s placed on the top of the device. A power / lock button is placed on the right side of the device, and above it, you’ll notice the volume up and volume down physical keys. Having said that, we really have no idea what phone this might be, it doesn’t exactly fit in any of the existing Nubia sub-brands, so who knows. In any case, if this leak is legit, we’ll probably see more leaked images and even specs in the near future, so we should be able to get to know this phone a bit better. We’ll let you know as soon as new info pops up, stay tuned.
