Chinese smartphone manufacturers had released quite a few compelling smartphones in the last year or so. This time around, however, we’ve decided to trim down our list of 10 devices down to 5, and share with you the very best China has to offer. If you take a look at the list down below, you will see 5 truly compelling smartphones, and the Xiaomi Mi 6 is still at the very top of the pecking order this month. All in all, if you’re in the market for a new flagship smartphone, and are willing to consider Chinese handsets, read on.

5. Honor V9 / Honor 8 Pro

The Honor V9 and the Honor 8 Pro are essentially identical phones, though they’re made for different markets. The Honor V9 is a phablet made for China, while its name is Honor 8 Pro for global markets, and it comes with different network bands, of course. This handset sports a 5.7-inch QHD display, 4GB / 6GB of RAM and it is fueled by Huawei’s most powerful SoC at the moment, the Kirin 960. The Honor V9 can be purchased for $680 over at Amazon, while the phone is currently unavailable via GearBest, but a new supply of phones is expected soon.

4. Xiaomi Mi Note 2

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 was announced by the company last year, and it’s still its most powerful phablet. This handset sports a 5.7-inch QHD curved AMOLED display, while it comes in both 4GB and 6GB RAM flavors. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core SoC fuels the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and the device is currently priced at $487 and $520 over at GearBest, depending on whether you’d like to purchase the 4GB or 6GB RAM variant of the phone.

3. Huawei P10 & Huawei P10 Plus

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus smartphones were introduced earlier this year, and are currently the best of the best Huawei has to offer. These two phones are made out of metal, and they ship with a dual camera setup on the back. The Huawei P10 Plus is a larger phone, and both devices are fueled by the same SoC, the Kirin 960 64-bit octa-core processor. These two phones are currently not available through GearBest, but they can be purchased via Amazon for $679.99 and $719, respectively.

2. OnePlus 3T

The OnePlus 5’s announcement is right around the corner, but until that phone arrives, the OnePlus 3T is still OnePlus’ flagship, and one of the most compelling Chinese smartphones at the moment. This handset sports 6GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch fullHD Optic AMOLED display, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera, and so on. The OnePlus 3T can be purchased through Amazon for $439.99, while it costs $534 via GearBest (64GB storage variant).

1. Xiaomi Mi 6

The Xiaomi Mi 6 was announced back in April, and it has plenty to offer for the price point. This handset is fueled by the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core SoC, one of the most powerful processors out there, while it packs in 6GB of RAM on the inside. The phone is made out of metal and glass, while it sports a dual camera setup on the back. Android Nougat comes out of the box here, and on top of it, you’ll find Xiaomi’s MIUI 8 OS. The Xiaomi Mi 6 currently costs $469 over at GearBest, and the ceramic variant is also available, though it will cost your $599.
