Hands-On With Harman's And JBL's Audio Products – CES 2018

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas is in full swing at the moment, and as we were checking out what it has to offer, we’ve came across Harman’s and JBL’s booth, and checked out some of the company’s products. Having said that, Harman and JBL had plenty to announce at CES, Harman announced its autonomous concept car, new audio platform, and its next-gen ignite platform for Auto Makers. On the other hand, JBL launched Everest GA Headphones which come with Google Assistant integration.

That being said, we’ve managed to check out some of Harman’s and JBL’s gadgets at CES, including the Harman Kardon Allure speaker, JBL Clip 3 speaker, JBL Endurance headphones and the JBL Go 2 speaker. As you can see, these are all audio products, which is not surprising at all these are Harman and JBL we’re talking about here. You can check out hands-on images with all of these gadgets in their respective galleries down below, which should give you a better idea of what they look like in real life, just in case you’re interested in purchasing any of those gadgets. That being said, the Harman Kardon Allure is a voice-activated speaker, which comes with Amazon Alexa integration, which opens up all sorts of possibilities, of course. The Harman Kardon Allure is a nice-looking speaker which is not trying too hard, and it is priced at $249.95 as of writing this article. The JBL Clip 2 is also a speaker, but this is a highly-portable Bluetooth speaker which is priced at only $49.95 at the moment, while it usually costs $59.95. This speaker comes with a clip, as its name suggests, and it sports a circular design.

The JBL Endurance headphones are the company’s sporty headphones, and we’re looking at wireless headphones here, which connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth. These come in four color variants, and they’re called the Endurance Dive, Endurance Jump, Endurance Sprint and Endurance Run. There are some differences between these headphones, not only when it comes to their colors, but also their functionality, and you can read more about it here. The last product that is shown off down below is the JBL Go 2 speaker. This is the company’s highly portable speaker, which is also waterproof. The speaker comes in five color variants, and it will become available in Spring 2018 for $39.95.
