Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9 Plus Are Now Official In China

Following the Galaxy S9’s and S9 Plus’ India announcement, Samsung has just introduced its new flagship smartphones in China as well. The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus were originally launched last month in Barcelona, as part of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. Having said that, Samsung has introduced two variants of the Galaxy S9 in China, while the company announced three variants of the Galaxy S9 Plus.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 comes in 64GB and 128GB storage variants to China, while 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage models of the Galaxy S9 Plus have been announced. The two Galaxy S9 variants are priced at 5,799 Yuan ($917) and 6,099 Yuan ($964), while the three storage variants of the Galaxy S9 Plus cost 6,699 Yuan ($1,059), 6,999 Yuan ($1,107), and 7,599 Yuan ($1,202), respectively. The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are made out of metal and glass, while both phones ship with Android Oreo, with Samsung’s Experience 9.0 UI on top of it. The Galaxy S9 comes with 4GB of RAM and a single camera on the back, while the Galaxy S9 Plus sports 6GB of RAM and a dual camera setup on the back. Both phones feature rear-facing fingerprint scanners, while the Galaxy S9 sports a 5.8-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display, and the Galaxy S9 Plus comes with a 6.2-inch display of the same kind.
