Nokia X6's Design & Price Tag Seemingly Revealed By Suning

The Nokia X6 has been leaking like crazy in the last couple of weeks, and a new leak has just appeared, sharing the phone’s alleged price tag. According to this leak, which comes from Suning it seems, the phone will be priced at 1,499 Yuan ($236). It is worth noting that this info was captured in a screenshot, using a smartphone, and we were unable to locate the info on Suning’s website, so it could mean that it has been removed, or that the info is false, but it’s probably the former.

Now, the provided image actually claims that the phone will ship with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, in addition to revealing the phone’s price tag. This handset is actually expected to become official tomorrow, while it will become available for purchase on May 21 it seems. The Nokia X6 will be made out of metal and glass, while it will sport a display notch, though luckily that notch will not be too wide. A fingerprint scanner will be included on the back of the Nokia X6, while all the physical keys will be included on the right-hand side of the phone. Nokia’s branding will be placed on the back of the device, and also below the phone’s display, while the phone will include two vertically-aligned cameras on its back side. This phone will have a ‘chin’ below the display, though its bezels will be quite thin in general. This handset did appear on TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC) quite recently, which essentially means that it got certified in its homeland.

According to TENAA, the Nokia X6 (TA-1099) will feature a 5.8-inch fullHD+ (2280 x 1080) display, 3GB / 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of storage. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 64-bit octa-core SoC will probably fuel this smartphone, while TENAA claims that the phone will ship with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. A 3,000mAh battery will be included in the package as well, while a 16-megapixel camera will be included on the phone’s front side. At least one of the phone’s rear-facing cameras will sport a 16-megapixel sensor, as the other one was not mentioned by TENAA. The device will measure 147.2 x 70.98 x 7.99mm, while it will weigh 151 grams.

UPDATE: Source updated, that info is still online, it surfaced on Suning’s Weibo (Chinese social network) page, not Suning’s website it seems. The listing also confirms that we’re looking at 16 and 5-megapixel rear-facing cameras, and a 3,060mAh battery, not a 3,000mAh as TENAA suggested.
