OPPO Will Introduce Find X Flagship In Paris On June 19

OPPO had recently confirmed that its Find X flagship is coming soon, and the company has just announced that the phone will be announced on June 19 at The Louvre in Paris. Needless to say, this will be the global launch event of the device, though the company did not share any additional details about the device, though that is to be expected, as this is just a press event announcement. OPPO may release some teasers when it comes to the Find X via its media channels before the event, but nothing is guaranteed at this point.

OPPO had trademarked the Find X name last month as well, while some specs of the device surfaced, along with a real-life image which allegedly showed off the design of the phone’s back. If a recent leak is to be believed, the OPPO Find X will sport a 6.42-inch “full screen” QHD+ display, while it will be fueled by the Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core processor. The phone will, allegedly, sport extremely thin bezels, while it will include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage, though there’s a chance that OPPO may introduce a 6GB RAM model with 128GB of storage as well. The device will also include 3D face scanning if the rumor is to be believed, much like the iPhone X and Mi 8 Explorer Edition. A 4,000mAh battery had also been mentioned, and the same can be said for OPPO’s newest VOOC Super Flash charge fast charging technology. On top of everything, the device is also rumored to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Now, if the leaked image is to be believed, the Find X will be made out of metal and glass, while its back side will be curved on the sides. OPPO’s branding will be imprinted on the back of the device, while two vertically-aligned cameras will be available on the back as well. The device will also include a rather interesting pattern on its back, at least if the provided image is to be believed, and right below its dual camera setup it will boast an LED flash. The OPPO Find X will be the company’s first flagship smartphone after the OPPO Find 7 which was introduced way back in March 2014.
