The OUKITEL K7 is not primarily a camera phone, but OUKITEL does think it offers a really solid camera experience, as the company released a new video dedicated to the phone’s camera, along with a couple of camera sample. You can check out the aforementioned video down below, as it has been embedded for your convenience, and right below it a camera with sample images has been included.
The OUKITEL K7 comes with two cameras on its back, you will find 13-megapixel (Sony’s IMX214) and 2-megapixel cameras back there, while a single 5-megapixel camera is included on the phone’s front side. Truth be said, Sony’s IMX214 is not the newest or one of Sony’s best sensors, but if you’re not that demanding, the OUKITEL K7 may appeal to you. The OUKITEL K7 is capable of taking some nice-looking images in the daylight, though they do seem to be quite contrasty, and the dynamic range is not always spot on, but it’s more than good enough if the provided images are to be believed, as we did not get around to testing the phone just yet. Based on the company’s samples, nighttime shots also look really nice, especially considering this is Sony’s IMX214 sensor, and the same goes for video. Now, what stands out the most when it comes to the OUKITEL K7 is its design, and its battery. The device is made out of metal, while it sports a rather interesting shape, and its back side is covered by leather. The OUKITEL K7 boasts a 10,000mAh battery which is not removable, and needless to say, that battery can get you several days of use, even if you’re a heavy user.
The OUKITEL K7 comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, while it ships with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The device sports a 6-inch fullHD+ display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. OUKITEL also offers 9V/2A fast charging for that 10,000mAh battery pack, and the phone is fueled by the MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit octa-core processor. The device includes two SIM card slots (2x nano SIM), and you can utilize a microSD card in order to expand the phone’s storage.
