The unlocked version of the LG G7 ThinQ is now available in the US, and it is available from B&H Photo for $749. This is the regular retail price for the LG G7 ThinQ, so you’re not paying a premium for the unlocked model – you just don’t have the option of spreading out the payments over 24 months. The LG G7 ThinQ is unlocked and will work on all four carriers: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon, as well as MVNO’s that run on their network. With the exception of Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum Mobile, as those MVNOs need special software installed on their smartphones to work properly.
LG G7 ThinQ is the company’s current flagship smartphone, which was announced back in April. It features a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ display, with the notch included. LG is using a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset to power this smartphone, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. LG does also have a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage, should you need some extra space. There’s dual-cameras on the back. With a 16-megapixel main sensor that sports a f/1.6 aperture, and then a 16-megapixel wide-angle sensor that has a f/1.9 aperture included. There is phase detection autofocus available here, and a 8-megapixel camera on the front. Both the front and rear cameras support Portrait Mode, so you can get some great selfies with this camera.
B&H Photo is shipping unlocked models of the LG G7 ThinQ right now. So you can get it in as little as two days. This is a great option for those that want the LG G7 ThinQ, but don’t want to be tied down to a carrier with a contract, or amount due. B&H Photo also has it in both platinum and black colors, which are the only colors that the LG G7 ThinQ comes in, in the US, besides the T-Mobile exclusive red.
