OUKITEL has just released a new video on its official YouTube channel, and this time around the company is promoting its new WP1 smartphone. OUKITEL has decided to promote the phone’s wireless charging feature, as the OUKITEL WP1 does support wireless charging, and we’re looking at 10W wireless charging here. OUKITEL says that the phone’s 5,000mAh battery can be fully charged, from 0 to 100-percent, in three hours.
In the provided video, OUKITEL basically shows off how wireless charging works, and how convenient it is. All you have to do is put the phone down on a Qi charger (which the company is also selling), and that’s more or less it, it will start to charge. OUKITEL also shows off that you can simply pick up your phone from the charger when you want to use it without a problem, and put it down again when you’re done. This will terminate the charging process, though. Wireless charging has its benefits, but so does wired charging, as the phone can charge while you’re using it, and wired charging is usually faster than wireless charging, though that’s only true for smartphones which support seriously fast wired charging, of course.
