AT&T Announces Intent To Carry Samsung Galaxy S10, Kicking Off Pre-Orders With BOGO

Samsung officially announced the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ today. AT&T immediately announced that it would be carrying all three models, with pre-orders opening tonight at 12:01AM EST. Pre-orders will begin shipping on March 8, when the Galaxy S10 series officially launches around the world.

The Galaxy S10e is what some might refer to as the “mid-range” offering from Samsung, even though it still boasts many of the same specs as the regular Galaxy S10. It has a 5.8-inch Full HD+ Flat AMOLED display, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. All powered by a 3100mAh capacity battery inside.

Meanwhile the Galaxy S10e is slightly larger, with a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ Curved AMOLED display, it also has the Snapdragon 855 inside. However there is only one RAM variant with 8GB and there is going to be either 128GB or 512GB of storage. It does add another camera, giving us a triple camera on the back side. And it has a larger 3400mAh capacity battery inside.

Finally there is the Galaxy S10+ which is the biggest of the three smartphones, of course. It sports a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Curved AMOLED display, with the Snapdragon 855 chipset, with options for 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage. It has the same triple-camera setup as the Galaxy S10, and an even larger battery at 4100mAh capacity.

These three smartphones all come in at different prices and are aimed at different users. With the Galaxy S10e being for those that want something a bit smaller and perhaps without the curved display. While the Galaxy S10+ is for those that want the best of the best, that Samsung has to offer. AT&T will be offering all three at $749, $899 and $999 respectively.

If you don’t want to pay the full amount all at once, you can still finance the three phones through AT&T NEXT. The Galaxy S10e will cost $25 per month for 30 months, with the Galaxy S10 being $30 per month for 30 months and the Galaxy S10+ being $33.34 per month for 30 months. These are longer term payments than the other carriers out there, but it is a lower monthly price.

AT&T is also doing a BOGO offer on the Galaxy S10 family, where you can purchase any Galaxy S10 smartphone and get a second one for free. You are only getting a $750 credit towards the “free” model. Which means that the Galaxy S10e would be free, or the Galaxy S10 would be $150 and the Galaxy S10+ would be $250. That’s still not a bad discount for those that are planning to purchase multiple Galaxy S10 smartphones. This is only available during the pre-order period – from February 21 to March 7, so you won’t have a lot of time to take advantage of it.

AT&T will be offering the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ in four colors: Prism Blue, Prism Black, Prism White and Flamingo Pink. Pre-orders open today, and will start shipping on March 8. Devices will be available in-store beginning Friday, March 8.
