Leak Names The Most Powerful Samsung Galaxy Note10

According to Ice Universe, a well-known tipster, one of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 smartphones may sport the “Galaxy Note10 Pro” branding. The source shared a new tweet that contains only the “Note10 Pro” branding, and nothing else, but it’s quite clear what this is supposed to mean.

Samsung usually releases only one Galaxy Note smartphone every year, with the exception of the Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy Note FE, but it was recently reported that the company will release at least two devices, and both of those devices will come in 5G variants as well. We have never seen a “Pro” variant of a Galaxy Note device, but it seems like that may change this year.

The source did not really share any info regarding the phone, or anything of the sort, but we’re assuming that the “Pro” model will be more powerful than the regular one, that is safe to assume, as is the case with the Huawei P30 Pro, and all other Pro-branded smartphones, pretty much. Some info regarding the two upcoming Galaxy Note10 variants did leak recently, so we’re assuming that the Galaxy Note10 Pro will be the name of the larger model.

According to recently-leaked info, Samsung will introduce the SM-N970, SM-N975, SM-N971, and SM-N976 in a couple of months, probably in August. The first two phones listed here are the Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10 Pro, it seems, while the other two are 5G variants of those two devices. The 5G model will probably have the same name as the regular variants, with the addition of “5G” at the end of their names.

The Galaxy Note10 is rumored to sport a 6.28-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display, while the Galaxy Note10 Pro (presuming that is the name of the larger model) will include a 6.75-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED panel. Those two smartphones are rumored to sport three and four cameras on the back, respectively.

Unlike what has been the case in recent years, the Galaxy Note10 series is expected to sport different sensors compared to the Galaxy S10 series this year, as the Galaxy Note10 is rumored to have a larger main sensor than the Galaxy S10+, but it remains to be seen how accurate that info is.

The Samsung Galaxy Note10 variants will probably be quite similar in terms of design, one compared to the other. They will probably resemble the Galaxy S10 series, though a slight difference in terms of the design is expected, not to mention that the Galaxy Note10 series will include an S Pen stylus as well.

Android 9 Pie is expected to come pre-installed on the Galaxy Note10 smartphones, along with Samsung’s One UI Android overlay. All the Galaxy Note10 variants will almost certainly be fueled by the Snapdragon 855 / Exynos 9820, depending on where you buy them, as is the case with the Galaxy S10 series of smartphones.

The Galaxy Note10 and Note10 Pro are expected to sport rather large batteries on the inside, and will also support both wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. The Galaxy Note10 series is expected to include a 3.5mm headphone jack, same as the Galaxy S10 series, and we’re expecting Samsung to introduce the two devices sometime in August, probably in the second half of the month.
