The Samsung Galaxy Note10 rumors have been popping up for weeks now, and the newest piece of info claims that the phone will include the so-called “S Pen Remote Control” application. This information comes from Ice Universe, a well-known tipster.
The source was actually quite cryptic when it comes to this, as everything he mentioned is the name of the app, and the Galaxy Note10’s codename, “Da Vinci”. This does not exactly shed a lot of light on the situation, but it seems like that app will grant users some new S Pen features, at least based on its name.
This could mean a lot of things, in fact, it may mean that you will be able to control the S Pen from your phone somehow, via Bluetooth. On the other hand, this may indicate that Wi-Fi connectivity will be built into the S Pen, which would allow you to put much more space between yourself and the S Pen than Bluetooth would allow, basically leave it anywhere where it has an Internet connection.
This is a far-fetched notion, of course, that the S Pen will include Wi-Fi connectivity, but the company did include Bluetooth last year, so who knows, maybe Samsung found a way to do the same for Wi-Fi in order to show off some new features.
We’re hoping that the tipster will share more info regarding all this in the near future, if not, we’ll just have to wait for the company to announce the Galaxy Note10. That is expected to happen in August, the same as last year, even though Samsung did not confirm anything just yet.
This time around, though, the company is expected to announce several Galaxy Note10 devices. According to rumors, we’ll get two distinctly different variants, the Galaxy Note10, and Galaxy Note10 Pro. Both of those variants will be available in 4G and 5G models, which means that we’ll get four Galaxy Note10 devices overall, it seems.
The Galaxy Note10 Pro will allegedly sport a larger display, and it could be more powerful overall. Both devices are expected to sport Samsung’s QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display that the company used in the Galaxy S10 series, though it remains to be seen whether both will be curved or not.
The latest rumor actually indicated that the Galaxy Note10 may not look as pretty as people expect, and one rumor actually said that the Galaxy Note10 series will include much faster charging than the Galaxy S10 series.
Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed on all devices from the Galaxy Note10 series, while the company is expected to utilize both the Exynos 9820 and Snapdragon 855 processors, same as with the Galaxy S10 series.
When it comes to cameras, that part is still a mystery, as some rumors have suggested that Samsung plans to utilize a considerably larger sensor in the Galaxy Note10 series, while other rumors hint that we will not see much change in the camera department compared to the Galaxy S10 series. We will see a ton of additional rumors and leaks in the coming weeks / months, though, so most of Galaxy Note10 secrets will probably get revealed ahead of time.
