The Ulefone Armor 6E is now available for pre-order, as promised. The phone can be pre-ordered from Banggood, and in order to do that, you’ll have to part with $199.99. Do keep in mind that this is a discounted price tag for the phone, the device’s original price tag is $299.99.
Another thing to note is that this price tag is limited to 3,000 units, so if you’re interested, it may be wise to hurry up. The deal is valid from today until May 12, while the phone is available pre-order, after that day, its price will jump up to $299.99.
The Ulefone Armor 6E looks the same as the Ulefone Armor 6, but it’s more powerful than its sibling. This is a rugged smartphone which comes with a rather wide display notch, and tow vertically-aligned cameras on the back. A fingerprint scanner sits right below those two cameras, and the phone’s bezels are not too thick for a rugged phone.
This handset is also quite powerful under the hood. The Ulefone Armor 6E features a 6.2-inch fullHD+ display, while it is fueled by the MediaTek Helio P70 64-bit octa-core processor. The device includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage (expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card).
A 5,000mAh battery is included in the package, while the device supports 9V/2A wired charging. The Ulefone Armor 6E also supports 10W wireless charging, as long as you have a compatible charger. We’re looking at Qi charging technology here, by the way.
On the back of the device, you’ll find 16 and 2-megapixel cameras, along with a dual-LED flash. A single 8-megapixel camera can be found on the phone’s front side, while the device has two SIM card slots (2x nano SIM), and this is a hybrid dual SIM setup. The Ulefone Armor 6E also supports 4G LTE connectivity, and Bluetooth 4.2.
The Armor 6E is IP68/IP69K certified, which essentially means that it is water and dust resistant (up to 2 meters for up to 2 hours). The phone also comes with MIL-STD-810G certification, which means that it can handle drops well, and that it is a tough phone all around, essentially.
The Ulefone Armor 6E can be purchased from Banggood as we speak in both Red and Black color variants. You will get a screen protector with the phone, and other than the standard retail box equipment, Ulefone also includes a USB-C to 3.5mm cable, and an OTG cable as well.
