Huawei shared three P40 series promo videos thus far
All three of those videos are embedded down below. They are mostly focused on photography, but the company took the chance to highlight other features as well.
The first video down below is called the Huawei P40 series launch highlights. You’ll see plenty of info about the P40 series here, and also about the Huawei Watch GT2e. If you’ve missed the launch event, watching this video may be a good idea.
The second video is basically an official Huawei P40 series promo video, which highlights many of the Huawei P40 features. This promo video is highly-focused on photography, as is the one that comes after it.
The third promo video talks about photography only. The Huawei P40 series has a lot to offer in the photography department, and especially the P40 Pro and P40 Pro+.
Huawei had introduced three smartphones during its press conference. The company announced the Huawei P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro+. All three phones are fueled by the Kirin 990 SoC, and have OLED displays, though different ones.
Android 10 comes pre-installed on all three devices, along with EMUI 10.1. Google’s services are not included in these phones, though, so keep that in mind.
All three phones utilize a 50-megapixel UltraVision camera
All three phones utilize the same main camera, a 50-megapixel UltraVision camera. This is quite a powerful camera that offers an RYYB setup, and 4-in-1 pixel binning. It also comes with an f/1.9 aperture lens.
The Huawei P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ also offer a periscope-style camera on the back, and many other advantages in the form of a 40-megapixel ultrawide camera.
The Huawei P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ are the only two phones that offer curved displays. Their displays are curved on four sides. Both of them include a display with 90Hz refresh rate.
The Huawei P40 is the only phone that does not offer wireless charging. It does offer 27W wired charging though, and it’s considerably smaller than the other two smartphones.
