Check Out These Cool Galaxy Z Fold 2 Teardown Wallpapers

iFixit has shared some really cool teardown wallpapers for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. Such a phone definitely deserves some unique wallpapers, and these will definitely do the trick.

Imagine opening up your Galaxy Z Fold 2, just to see its internals on that large display. Sounds good? Well, you can now do that. iFixit shared several different variants of teardown wallpapers for the device.

The company did this in collaboration with Creative Electron. These are officially called ‘Internals’ and ‘X-Ray’ wallpapers for the device. These are actually similar to the wallpapers released for the Galaxy S20 and Note 20.

These teardown wallpapers are based on two color variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 2

These wallpapers are based on the internal components of the Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze Galaxy Z Fold 2. The X-Ray wallpapers will give you a good look at the phone’s hinge mechanism, the wireless charging coil, and the phone’s countless transistors.

Both the ‘Internals’ and ‘X-Ray’ wallpapers have darkened versions as well, just in case you don’t like the regular ones. YOu can check out these wallpapers in the gallery down below. Do note those samples have been compressed, though.

It’s hard to deny that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a gorgeous smartphone. That form factor makes it rather unique, and even though I don’t have the device at hand at the moment, I can imagine how these wallpapers would look like on it.

Samsung’s newest foldable is available to purchase

The Galaxy Z Fold 2, as most of you know, is available to purchase as we speak, in a number of regions. It has been praised by many people thus far, and our very own Alex Maxham is enjoying his time with it as well.

The device is a huge improvement over the first-gen model, in a number of ways, take your pick. It could be the improved design, improved hinge, thinner bezels, larger outer display, better display… the list just goes on and on.

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 may be great, but it’s also quite expensive. Spending $2,000 on a smartphone is not something anyone can or want to do, that’s for sure.

That is a premium price tag, to say the least, but you have to realize this is a brand new form factor. Assembling one of these doesn’t come cheap. The good news is, price tags of foldable smartphones are expected to go down in the coming years. The more the technology evolves the cheaper they’ll get.
