Huami’s Amazfit brand has done it again with its affordable smartwatches, recently launching the Bip U Pro for just $70 while maintaining premium features like built-in GPS.
For a smartwatch, built-in GPS is not something you generally see at this low of a price tag, but the Amazfit Bip U Pro offers it. That in and of itself might be enough of a reason to want one. Especially when you consider that it only costs $70.
But that of course is not the only reason to stand up and take notice of the Bip U Pro. It has other great features that make it a worthwhile consideration for anyone that wants a wearable at the more budget end of the market.
Built-in GPS compliments the 60+ sport modes on the Bip U Pro
While you won’t necessarily need GPS for every single activity you do while exercising, many of them can benefit from having the feature.
The Bip U Pro tracks more than 60 different sport modes. Which means of them will be complimented by the ability to track where you are and what routes you take. Whether it’s walking, running, cycling, or anything else where you travel longer distances, this will come in handy.
The Bip U Pro will also track things like indoor cycling, swimming, yoga, cricket, and even table tennis. That fact just might make this the perfect smartwatch for anyone who considers themselves a master with the paddle.
It also has Amazon Alexa support (like the Amazfit Band 5) if you needed a watch that can control your smart home devices.
A sizeable screen and a battery life that lasts for days
A great set of features is likely to be less appealing if the smartwatch won’t last very long on a single charge. Thankfully for anyone considering the Bip U Pro, battery life won’t be an issue.
It’ll last for up to 9 days on a single charge so you can use it mostly worry-free. While you will eventually have to charge it, you won’t have to do so for nearly a week and a half.
The watch also features a pretty sizeable 1.43-inch display, 5ATM water resistance, and a blood oxygen saturation sensor to measure your blood oxygen levels. On top of that it can measure your heart rate 24/7 and it monitors stress levels too.
All-in-all it’s fairly well rounded at a great price. Something which shouldn’t be shocking for Amazfit. The Bip U Pro is already available on the Amazfit website, in Black, Pink, or Green color options.
