Ulefone shows us how it tests the Armor 20WT: Video

Ulefone has decided to show us how it tests the Armor 20WT handset. It did that via a video that has a duration of over three minutes. In it, you’ll see a number of quality tests the company performs.

The Ulefone Armor 20WT shows its prowess in various durability tests

The aforementioned video is embedded below the article, by the way. There are a number of tests included here, as this is not your regular phone. This is a rugged device, and it needs to meet higher standards than regular phones.

In this video, you’ll first see the touch screen test. Ulefone performs 100,000 consistent presses on the screen, to make sure it’s a good display. It also tests the sensitivity that way, of course.

The USB plug-in stress test is also shown in the video. Ulefone does this 2,000 times, to make sure the USB port is good to go. The pressing test sees the keys on the phone pressed 100,000 times.

There is also the bend test, which the company does 2,000 times. Then there’s the micro drop test, in which the phone gets dropped from a small height 5,000 times in a row.

The multi-angle drop test is also included, and so is the high/low temperature test

The multi-angle drop test makes sure the phone can be dropped from 1.5m in height. This is tested 200 times. This phone has to meet the MIL-STD-810H certification, so… there you go.

Another test that is performed is the high/low temperature test, which sees the phone go to -20℃, and as high as 55℃. The 480 minutes dust test is also included here, and so is the tumble test.

All of those tests can be seen in the video provided below. The Ulefone Armor 20WT is priced at $299.99, and can be purchased from AliExpress, in case you’re interested. The purchase link is included below.
