Rumor: Verizon to Add Motorola Droid 3, Droid X2, & Samsung Stealth in Q2

Verizon seems to keep padding their quarterly release schedule with plenty of options, including the new, a sequel or two, and now we have our first third generation Android in the mix. According to a source of site Phandroid, Q2 for Verizon Wireless will bring to the masses some great new devices including:

  • the Motorola Droid 3: rumored to have a 4-inch screen with QHD resolution (960 by 540 pixel resoultion) and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard
  • Motorola Droid X2: no new details gathered, not even one juicy rumor.  Here’s the old ones.
  • Samsung Stealth: a 4G LTE device.  Is this the “Samsung 4G LTE device” with no name?  If it is, this code name fits.

With Mobile World Congress in Barcelona right around the corner, we’ll more than likely be overloaded with photo and spec leaks, which we’ll hopefully be able to wittle down to pure fact once we see what information is announced at the big show.
