With great power comes great responsibility. Or, in the context of your phone and being on the go, unless you’re rocking the Droid RAZR MAXX of course, you’ll want to carefully consider your options when it comes to keeping your phone charged.
There’s an enormous amount of battery chargers out there in all sorts of different sizes, but one such battery pack from Samsung steps it up to a whole other level. How much power are we talking? Oh, just 9,000 mAh. Being that the average smartphone battery is around 1800 mAh now, you’ll be powered for quite a while.
Plus, because the capacity is so big, you’ll even be able to charge a tablet and then some depending on your model. The 9,000 mAh battery pack from Samsung isn’t available in the states quite yet, but if you’re willing to pay a bit extra and to ship it, it can be nabbed for €80 from Amazon Germany.
Although, here’s the kicker: It doesn’t look to be shipping anytime soon as the shipping estimate is between one and four months. Seems that it’s more of a pre-order than anything, but considering it’s sold by Samsung and not some random third party, it’s likely legit.
Still, you might just wanna wait. In the meantime, feel free to add it to your wish list or bookmark to keep a close eye.
