Well, well, well. What do we have here? It appears to be more rumors about the LG G3, which I’m still expecting to drop this fall even though some think it’ll hit this summer. According to @Evleaks – who has been on a roll today – the D850 is heading to AT&T, he also notes that the D800 was the G2, D820 was the Nexus 5 and D830 was the G Pro 2. So it sounds likely that the D850 could be the G3. Now this doesn’t mean that the LG G3 is ready or even in the carriers hands for testing just yet. But we do know they are working on the G3 and it’s coming to AT&T, hopefully it’ll hit other carriers a well.
Earlier this morning, the LG VS985 leaked out which is said to be heading to Verizon. So it looks like the LG G3 is indeed close, but we still don’t know much information about the device, that’s concrete. We’ve heard plenty of specs including a 2560×1440 resolution QHD display, a Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM. However none of that is confirmed just yet.
While most of us are still excited about the G Pro 2 which should be heading stateside next month, some of us are already excited for the new LG G3. Which we should see here in the US probably around the fall, like I stated earlier I don’t believe the rumors about it launching in June. Maybe August, but not June. LG has definitely gotten a lot of people’s attention since the Optimus G, then the Nexus 4, G2, Nexus 5, and their phablets the Optimus G Pro and G Pro 2. It’s going to be a big year for LG, I think.
How many of you are excited for the LG G3? Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
