We’ve been hearing a lot about the Xperia Z4 Tablet and the Xperia M4 Aqua lately. Yesterday, Sony pretty much confirmed that it had something exciting for us at Mobile World Congress next week, and that it’d be announced on March 2nd. Today, Sony put out another teaser. Which appears to be the Xperia M4 Aqua, which is not the first time we’ve heard about this particular smartphone. Sony’s tweet on Twitter stated “Get ready to make a splash… All will be revealed 02.03.2015. #Xperia #SonyMWC”. For those that are in the US, that is March 2nd, not February 3rd. We’ll find out what they have for us in a few short days.
We don’t have much info about the Xperia M4 Aqua right now, but judging by the name it must be more waterproof than the Xperia Z3, and previous smartphones. From the leaks we’ve seen, it’s likely to be a mid-range smartphone, unfortunately. And we do know that there will be no Xperia Z4 announced this week in Barcelona. Which is also obvious since there is no press conference for Sony. I will be in Barcelona soon and will be covering Mobile World Congress so make sure you keep it locked to Android Headlines for all the details.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is also going to make a splash at Mobile World Congress this week. And it looks like we’ll be getting a 10-inch QHD display along with a Snapdragon 805 or 810 processor and 3GB of RAM. According to the teasers we’ve seen, it appears that it’ll likely have thinner bezels than Sony has had in previous tablets. Sony makes some great tablets, but the issue was always the bezels and the price. According to recent teasers, looks like the bezels have been corrected, for the most part. So what about the price?
