Elephone has unveiled the P9000 Edge (bezel-less), P9000 Lite and P9000 smartphones, along with the W2 smartwatch. Now, we’ve already published articles regarding these four products, but it seems like Elephone had plenty more to say. The company has said that they’ll roll out the Elephone S3 bezel-less handset later this year, and same can be said about the Helio X20-powered P9000 Edge variant. Well, on top of all this, Elephone has introduced two more devices, read on.
The company seems to have launched yet another smartphone at the press conference we were not aware of, the Elephone M3. This handset features a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone is fueled by the Helio P10 64-bit octa-core SoC by MediaTek, and sports a 3,000mAh battery on the inside. The 21-megapixel shooter is placed on the back of this phone, and an 8-megapixel snapper can be found up front. The fingerprint scanner is also available on the back of the device, and you do get 9V/2A Quick Charging tech here, along with a Type-C USB port.
This was Elephone’s biggest conference to date, considering the fact that they’ve also introduced the EXPLORER Pro action camera at the event. This camera supports voice commands, and packs in Sony’s IMX117 NTK96660 sensor on the inside. This camera is capable of shooting 4K video @24fps, and there’s a 170-degree wide-angle lens available here. The camera is also waterproof to up to 30 meters, which is great to hear. That’s pretty much it, at least for now, stay tuned for further Elephone updates.
