Where to Find the LG G5 for Pre-Order in the UK

Last month’s Mobile World Congress was dominated by two South Korean giants; LG and Samsung. While the latter is often in attendance at Mobile World Congress, announcing their latest and greatest devices, LG often does things a little later in the year. This year however, they changed it up and announced the LG G5 on the same day as Samsung introduced us to the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Surprisingly, the Galaxy S7 duo were up for pre-order just a few days after the event and is now available all over the world, but the G5 is still making its way to stores and people’s doors. Across the pond in the UK, the LG G5 is available for pre-order in a number of places, and we’re here to point you in the right direction, whether or not you want to purchase it on contract.

Those keen on purchasing the G5 outright will need to take a look at Amazon, which has the G5 available in either Titan Grey or Rose Gold for £499.99. There’s also Clove UK, which is known for selling unlocked devices, they have the G5 in the same two colors, with Silver listed, but with no indication of when stock will be arriving. At Clove, the G5 with 32GB of storage is listed at £529, but this includes the B&O H3 earphones, as well as a £30 voucher towards other G5 accessories. Unlocked Mobiles is also offering the same included earphones, but undercuts Clove at £498.

Carphone Warehouse, meanwhile, will be selling the G5 for £499.99 as well as on a number of contracts from Vodafone, O2 and EE. Speaking of the networks, Vodafone themselves have the G5 up for pre-order on contracts starting from £9 upfront and £34 a month, for 24 months with 2GB of data, a more useful 10GB of data will set you back £44 a month with the same £9 upfront cost. EE meanwhile, have Titan Grey and Rose Gold for £9.99 upfront at £39.99 a month for 4GB of data, this also includes the B&O H3 earphones, paying £30 upfront for the phone will get you 10GB of data for £39.99 a month, though. O2 and Three meanwhile, have yet to open pre-orders or announce pricing, but we’ll update this post when they have done.
