According to Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster, the Samsung Galaxy Note10 pricing will start at €999 in Europe. This applies to the regular Galaxy Note10, of course, the base model of the Galaxy Note10+ will cost €1,149 if the provided info is to be believed.
Mr. Quandt also mentioned that the base storage for the Galaxy Note10 will be 256GB, and the same goes for the Galaxy Note10+. Some regions may get a 128GB variant in the end (it’s possible), notes the source, but base models in main European markets will ship with 256GB of storage. The source also noted that this info has been provided by retailers, and may change based on market and other factors. As is usually the case, this pricing will not be the same in all of Europe, so that’s what Mr. Quant is trying to communicate here, it will vary from one market to the next.
These price tags are not exactly all that surprising, as pretty much everyone expected it to be around €1,000. The Galaxy Note10 series is supposed to be the best Samsung has to offer and considering price tags of other well-known flagship phones out there, including Apple’s offerings, of course, this price tag was more or less expected.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 series will become official on August 7. Samsung had revealed their release date not long ago by sharing a teaser which included a brand new S Pen. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ will launch in both 4G and 5G variant, if rumors are to be believed, which means we’ll get four smartphones overall. 5G variants will not be available everywhere, though, only in specific markets where 5G is in motion, as is the case with the Galaxy S10 5G.
Based on rumors, 512GB storage variants of the Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ will not be available at all, as Samsung is planning to jump from 256GB straight to 1TB of storage, so it seems like two storage variants of both the Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ will be available.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ will look almost identical, based on recent leaks. The two phones will sport the exact same design, save for the extra camera on the back of the Galaxy Note10+. The Galaxy Note10+ will include a 3D ToF camera on the back, while the Galaxy Note10 will not. Both phones will include three regular cameras, though, main, telephoto and ultrawide angle units. Both phones will also offer three-stage variable aperture, if rumors are to be believed, which will be a step up compared to a two-step variable aperture on Samsung’s previous flagships.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 will be smaller than its sibling, it will allegedly feature a 6.3-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display, while the Galaxy Note10+ will include a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED panel. Both of those displays will be curved, and the two phones will sport rather sharp corners, they’ll be considerably boxier than the Galaxy S10 series and the Galaxy Note9. Large battery packs are expected to be included in both phones, while a 3.5mm headphone jack will not be included in the package, and based on the latest info, neither will a dedicated Bixby button.
