LG Google Nexus 5 Information:
LG Google Nexus 5 was the long-awaited successor to the LG Nexus 4 which had its issues. Many people who appreciate stock Android from Google got what they were asking for when the device got announced back in October 2013. LG Nexus 5 is manufactured by LG as it name states and it originally shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat. It got some spec bumps compared to its predecessor and was improved in basically every conceivable way, which looked promising for this device considering the price it was attached to it at launch. Most notable improvements were the 1080p display, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) camera and a really powerful Snapdragon 800 processor.
The Google Nexus 5 device features a 4.95-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) True HD IPS+ display along with 2GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of non-expandable internal storage. Nexus 5 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz which comes with an Adreno 330 GPU. 8-megapixel camera is located at the back of this device and sports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) while there's a 1.3-megapixel shooter up front. 2300mAh non-removable Li-Po battery is also a part of the package. The device measures 137.9 x 69.2 x 8.6mm and weighs 130 grams. When it comes to connectivity this device has Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac and NFC included and is also supports 4G LTE connectivity. Accelerometer, gyro, proximity sensor, compass and a barometer are all included.

Google Nexus 5 Editor Rating:
I personally have a soft spot for pure Android experience and that's what you get with Nexus devices. Nexus 5 is definitely an upgrade over the Nexus 4 in basically every way. The device runs great and probably will for a long time thanks to updates straight from Google. Camera was a huge issue with the Nexus 4, I can't emphasize that enough, 8-megapixel OIS shooter in Nexus 5 isn't perfect, but it's a lot better than what you get with Nexus 4's camera offering. I also dig the industrial design of the device though that's not for everyone. This device will be able to handle basically whatever you throw at it, though of course it has some weak points. Battery life certainly could be better for example, no doubt about it. If you're an Android purist and you like Google's Android OS without any additions to it, this is the device for you.
