Motorola's Moto X+1 Gets Alleged Leaked Specs On Brazilian Website

Earlier this month we saw some leaked footage of the Moto X+1 thanks to YouTube videos from TK Tech News, and today it looks like we might getting some leaks of the devices specs information and details. The potentially leaked specs for the Moto X+1 comes from a Brazilian website called livrarialogos, which actually mentions a almost all of the specs. Some obvious things appear as which we should have expected, like the touchless control and active display, both features of the previous version of the Moto X from 2013. Something more interesting listed towards the top of the page along with the mentions of those two previous features, is something about 3D recognition and Super Camera with Optical Zoom. There isn’t any detail on those but the mention of them is certainly intriguing.

Further down below on the page the specs are listed for the device, and it looks like, at least according to this leak, that the Moto X+1 will be coming with a Full HD screen coming in a 5.2-inch size, and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. If you watched any of the leaked footage of the Moto X+1 earlier in the month then you may have already caught that it was bigger than the Moto X when it was compared side by side. Now we could be getting a clear picture of just how big it’ll be and what we can expect from the resolution output. The site also lists that the Moto X+1 will be coming with Android Kit Kat 4.4 on board, along with an internal memory size of 32GB(we have to wonder if this will be a larger size storage option or if it will start off at 32)and 2GB of RAM.

The rear camera is listed as 12MP, with the front camera being 5MP quality, both of which are steps up from last year’s model, and video recording is listed as 1080p. WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and 4G are all present connection types, and it sounds like we can expect the Moto X+1 to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (Krait – ARMv7) Quad-Core CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, and the whole thing supposedly runs on a 2,900mAh battery. There’s also expandable storage via a micrOSD card slot, with support for up to 128 additional GB of space just in case you can’t live with 32GB. Do these specs do the Moto X successor justice, and if they pan out to be true specs will you be considering picking one up?
