Oppomart's Listing Seemingly Reveals Mi Note 2's Specs

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is definitely one of the most anticipated smartphones this year. Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phablet is expected to land on October 25th, the company had already scheduled a press event for its release, and the company’s CEO teased the phone quite recently. That being said, we’ve seen tons of leaks when it comes to the Mi Note 2, and the latest one surfaced quite recently, and seemingly revealed Mi Note 2’s design. Now, the Mi Note 2 just popped up on Oppomart, a smartphone reseller. As part of this listing, Oppomart reveals the phone’s specifications and design, though take this info with a grain of salt, of course. In any case, let’s see what the phone has to offer, shall we.

As you can see, the device will resemble the Galaxy S7 Edge quite a bit if this listing is to be believed, at least its front side will. Curved display sides are present here, as expected, and a home button is placed below the display as well. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will, according to Oppomart, sport a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display, along with 4GB / 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB / 128GB / 256GB of UFS 2.0 internal storage. The device will be fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, along with the Adreno 530 GPU. The source says that the Mi Note 2 will ship with two 16-megapixel rear-facing OIS cameras (Sony’s sensors), and that it will also include a 16-megapixel snapper on its front side. In addition to all this, the source claims that the Mi Note 2 will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top, and that it will support 37 global bands. The 4,100mAh battery was also mentioned by Oppomart, as well as a hybrid dual SIM setup (2 x nano SIM).

Now, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is currently listed as ‘Out of stock’ on Oppomart, which is completely normal considering it hasn’t even been announced yet. The phone’s listing says that it will cost $499.00 once it launches, which is also an information that we’d take with a grain of salt considering that this is a reseller we’re talking about, this could be more of a guideline than the actual price of the device.
