T-Mobile Giving Away A Year of Movie Rentals Next Week

T-Mobile has just unveiled the prizes that are up for grabs in next week’s T-Mobile Tuesdays giveaway. And it’s all about movies, who doesn’t love getting to see some free movies. This is thanks to their partner Fandango, who is offering up a grand prize of a year worth of FandangoNOW movie rentals. This is given to the winner in the form of a $520 promotional code. But that’s not all, the winner also receives a home theater setup to watch these movies on. This setup is valued at $3,000 and includes a TV and surround sound system. Finally, the winner will also receive a check for $1,509 to cover other expenses and taxes.

There will be 75 first place winners as well, who will receive a $100 promotional code for FandangoNOW to rent movies. That’s about ten movie rentals. The winners will get a streaming device worth $40. T-Mobile has not announced what streaming device it will be, but it sounds like it’s an Amazon Fire TV Stick (since Google Chromecast is $35 and Roku Express is $30, while the Amazon Fire TV Stick is $39.99). There will also be 400 second place winners who each get a $25 promo code to FandangoNOW and a popcorn maker, which the carrier says is worth about $35.

Now onto the free prizes that are part of next week’s contest. You’re getting a free movie rental, but from FandangoNOW instead of VUDU. The free movie rental is worth up to $5 though. Additionally, you’ll get your free small Frosty from Wendy’s and the $15 credit for Lyft makes a return this week as well.

If you’re a T-Mobile customer, it’s free to participate in T-Mobile Tuesdays. All you need to do is download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app which is available in the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store, for Android and iOS respectively. And then on Tuesday, just open up the app and play the game to figure out what you’ve won. Now given the fact that there aren’t many prizes to win, you’ll more than likely get the free prizes every week. Considering T-Mobile has over 65 million customers that are eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays. But getting a free movie rental every week, a free Frosty from Wendy’s and Lyft credit is nothing to sneeze at either.
