This week Samsung officially announced the Galaxy Music, a 3-inch music device with only 512MB of RAM. The device also has speak above and below the screen, hints the reason why it’s called the Galaxy Music. So it’s not a high-end device but definitely something you could get for your teenagers.
Featured: Microsoft Office 2013 Coming To Android This Spring
We’ve heard rumors about Microsoft bringing their Office suite to Android and other mobile platforms, but it looks like it could become a reality this Spring. Microsoft just put the finishing touches on Office 2013 about a week ago and released it to Manufacturers, so we’ll probably start seeing it available around March.

Samsung started sending out invites to an event on October 24th in New York City, now of course we know it’s the Galaxy Note 2 since it’s on the invite. So we are expecting to see more details about release dates, pricing, colors, sizes, etc., for our favorite US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, something we’ve seen leaked many times finally become official this past week. It’s a 4-inch device that is GSM-only, with a much smaller battery. But has all the other features of the Galaxy S3. In fact it’s even launching with Android 4.1 – Jelly Bean. Big surprise there right?

How many of you have played any of the Need for Speed games? I’ve played just about every one of them. They are probably the best racing game out there, besides Gameloft’s Asphalt series. Now we know Need for Speed: Most Wanted is coming to the Play Store, but we have no idea when or for how much. Hopefully it’ll be available soon.

We’ve heard so much and seen much more of the LG Nexus this week. But perhaps the biggest news is the review of the device posted by a Russian website. That’s right a review of a non-final device. So a lot of the things in the review could be true of the final device, while a lot could not be true. So be sure to take this with a grain of salt.

For those that aren’t familar with the ASUS Padfone, it’s a 2-in-1 device. It’s a tablet and a smartphone, the smartphone slides into the back of the tablet and provides the tablet with a data connection, and more. The first Padfone we saw at CES this past January in Las Vegas, and the successor to that device is going to be announced very soon. But we’ve got a special leak of the device for you.
