Motorola Moto X (2013) Information:
The Motorola Moto X surprised many people. After the Google purchased the company everyone expected things to change, but this was so far off that basically nobody expected it. Motorola did a great job with this device, the company brought unique features to the table through its custom made X8 processor made out of a Snapdragon S4 Pro. Motorola brought Touchless Control and Active Display as part of their software which are a great addition to the whole experience (more on this in the full review). Other than a couple features by Motorola you get the pure Google stock experience.
Motorola Moto X (2013) features a 4.7-inch 720p (1280 x 720) AMOLED display which lets the phone use the display in a smart way via the Active Display. The device is powered by Motorola's custom Motorola X8 processor which they made out of Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 Pro chip along with an Adreno 320 GPU. The device comes with 2GB of RAM and 16, 32 or 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. 10-megapixel camera is located at the back of the device and flanked by a LED flash while there's a 2-megapixel shooter up front. The device comes with a 2200mAh battery, measures 129.3 x 65.3 x 10.4mm and weighs 130 grams. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, MicroUSB 2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0 are also a part of the package. The device comes with Android 4.2.2 out of the box with a few Motorola-made software additions.

Motorola Moto X (2013) Editor Rating:
Many would say that Moto X is Google's reflection on Motorola and I think that's spot on. That is a great thing in my humble opinion, Motorola Moto X is a great device, it truly is. Being able to call your phone while it is not active (screen is locked) and basically communicate with it is a great feature basically every phone should have, not to mention this device offers great battery life. Not to mention this handset is really compact and pocketable, you'd even think it has a smaller display considering the size of it. If Motorola managed to deliver lower price at launch and a better camera I'd consider this to be almost a perfect offering by the company.
